Join or Start Women's Groups

When women are in groups, they are... more confident and ambitious, more likely to ask for—and receive—promotions, more aware of the role that gender plays at work. Members meet in small groups about once a month to support each other and learn new skills. They talk openly about their ambitions and encourage each other to take on new challenges.

What are Women’s Groups?

Groups are places where women can be unapologetically ambitious. Where we can give voice to our dreams and find the encouragement to start chasing them.

They’re a place for sharing ideas, gaining skills, seeking advice, and showing solidarity. Most of all, they’re a place where we help each other become our very best selves.

Whatever your goal—whether you’re working toward a promotion or building your confidence, reentering the workforce or starting a business—your Group will help you get there.

Why Women's Group

Members meet once a month in small groups to support each other and learn new skills. Groups are everywhere. We want to create a community of women who meet in nearly every part country and at some of the largest companies.
